Cancellation & refund policy

Deposits

When you book online you can choose to pay a £25 deposit to secure your appointment, or to pay the full treatment price up front. If you pay the deposit, the balance is payable at the clinic on the day of your appointment.

The deposit is part of the treatment price, not an extra charge. If a treatment costs less than £25, you simply pay the treatment price.

Cancelling or rearranging

To cancel or rearrange, message us on WhatsApp or email management@aestheticnbeauty.co.uk. Please include your booking reference. We will confirm your cancellation by reply — an appointment is only cancelled once we have confirmed it.

• More than 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit is refunded in full, or carried over to a new appointment if you prefer.
• Within 24 hours of your appointment — the deposit is not refunded. The time was held for you and can rarely be filled at short notice.
• If you do not attend — the deposit is not refunded.

The 24-hour period is counted in ordinary clock hours before your appointment start time. Weekends and days when the clinic is closed count towards it.

If we cancel

If we need to cancel or move your appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund of everything you have paid, including the deposit — whichever you prefer.

If a treatment is not suitable for you

Some treatments are not appropriate for everyone. If, at consultation, we advise that a treatment is not suitable for you and it does not go ahead, your deposit is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the card used to pay, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or by another method.

Your legal rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law and does not replace them. If the service falls short of what you are entitled to expect, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
